HO HONG FEI
DIRECTOR
A seasoned marketing communications specialist, Hong Fei has worked with some major consumer brands such as Gillette, SK-II, Pampers, Cadbury’s, Coca Cola Company and Dutch Lady. Some of his notable works include Minute Maid ‘Orange Juice Challenge’ which won a lot of awards at Promotion Marketing Awards of Asia 2013 including the Best of Malaysia, and Cadbury’s ‘Say It With Chocolate’ which won numerous creative and effective awards including Kancil Awards, Apac-EFFIE Awards, Spikes Asia and Adfest. For the past 18 years, Hong Fei has been working at various multinational creative and shopper agencies in the Asian region, including Ogilvy Action Malaysia and Hong Kong (now known as Geometry Global), Leo Burnett Singapore and Saatchi&Saatchi x China.

CLIENT SERVICING DIRECTOR
With over 15-years of experience in marketing communications and design consultancy, Sing Yen has managed a wide range of household names in various industries; financial, property, healthcare / medical and retail industries and gained considerable experience in event management in his early years. His past Client Management role includes managing multi-national company and retail brands in financial sector, property, jewellery & hospitality industry. The extent of his experience managing and consulting various brands over the years has proven invaluable in raising brand profiles and has won himself the trust of many a clients.
ERIC CHEW
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Having been involved in the communication design and advertising scene for at least 15 years, Eric has had a vast experience in brand building, corporate identity, below-the-line marketing and campaign works. He has worked with clients ranging from property development sectors, food & beverage, fashion, pharmaceutical, financial, beauty, I.T., hotels and insurance. To thrive in this industry, Eric believes that establishing a close and sustanaible relationship with clients is the key. The ability to show empathy towards their needs is second to none. Because we are afterall, in the communication business. He is also a member of Artsowers and Trilogue, the cultural & community-led art foundation founded by Tau Fei.
JAVEN TAN
ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Graduated from Malaysian Institute of Art, Javen has been working at 4A agencies in Malaysia in the past 14-years, they include Ogilvy & Geometry Global. Throughout his career Javen has managed projects for some of the top brands such as BAT, Cadbury’s, Coca Cola, Dutch Lady, CIMB, Maxis, F&N, Petronas & etc. His work has won multiple awards over the years including 19 international - Adfest Award, Spike Asia Awards, AdStar, Kancil Award among many others. He is currently based in Kuala Lumpur since June 2017, assuming the role of Associate Creative Director at Here & There Creatives.

ART DIRECTOR
An accomplished designer and artist, Celina is quick to grasp concepts and execute designs with characteristic flair. Known to be an avid experimenter of ideas & her nonchalant methods using bold layout designs and illustrations to sharpen her design skills.
CLAIRE TAN
ART DIRECTOR
Claire Tan specializes in both digital and traditional illustration and graphic design. She has earned her BA (Hons.) in Graphic Design from The One Academy in affiliation with the University of Hertfordshire. Passionate in visual story-telling, Claire enjoys experimenting with different techniques to create artworks that is relatable, inspirational and motivates others.
ANTHONEY YONG
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Anthoney brings with him years of experience in the capacity of Design FA artist, with vast exposures to a multitude of large-scale BTL and digital campaigns. He has proven skillsets in event management and photography-related processes such as colour proofing, output & film-check. Essentially, pretty versatile in Graphic Design.
TAN WEI REN
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Wei Ren is a visual thinker with a passion for art & design who loves colours. As a result a lot of his work plays on colours to create visuals that pop. He also has a background in events; designing collateral such as event layouts, backdrops and other related material for clients. Wei Ren hails from The One Academy where he studied Advertising and Graphic Design.
CHRIS LEOW
Content Lead
Chris comes from multi-disciplinary background which includes creative writing & strategy with a strong technical background with over 18 years of experience in digital. Prior to this, Chris was attached to 3M spearheading digital & eCommerce with 2 years experience in a regional position overseeing the same in SEA; working with platforms such as Lazada & Shopee. Agency experience prior to 3M includes digital strategy & ideation for web-based campaigns and applications for well-known brands and corporations such as DiGi and other clients primarily in Telco & FMCG. His most notable wins were the Special Merit Award at the 2006 Kancils and in the Creativity International Awards 2012 for copywriting & direction plus a few Kancil awards at the beginning of his career with Arachnid (now known as Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid).
SHERRY CHEW
FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER
An experienced finance iron lady. Sherry provides arcane information on a need-to-know basis and making sure everything is in place in the office. She established and enforced proper accounting policies in our crazy little office here. Sherry also in-charge of the day-to-day operations and administration of the staff members.
